Men's and Women's Basketball Both Nationally Ranked

For the first time in school history, both the Palm Beach State College Men's and Women's Basketball teams are nationally ranked.  The men's team, who started the year ranked 24th, are now ranked 11th in the latest NJCAA DII Men's Basketball Poll.  When the poll was released on November 10th, the Panthers were 4-0, with a win over then #22 Kansas City Kansas Community College.

The women, who were unranked for the season, are now ranked 18th in the latest NJCAA DII Women's Basketball Poll.  The Lady Panthers, 1-2 at the time the poll was released, have a victory over now ranked #16 Lake Land.

Both teams start a couple weeks of away games, with the men's program going to Jacksonville this weekend, Kansas the week before Thanksgiving, and Arizona the week of Thanksgiving.  The women have a break until they travel up to Pennsylvania and New Jersey the week before Thanksgiving.
